Our standard orders, which are exactly 24 inches (60cm) in size, are eligible for return and refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom orders, which are over 24 inches (60cm) in size, do not qualify for returns or refunds. Custom orders do not qualify for a return. Although customized orders do not qualify for a refund, if you receive a customized order from AOOS but want to change the design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. We provide unconditional design exchange and reproduction services.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited back to your account.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@aoos.com. Once we receive your return request, you will receive a prepaid return label or QR code to send the items back free of charge.
